Industrial Deafness

If you have worked in a noisy environment after 1963 without any or adequate hearing protection you may be able to claim.

You may have suffered with a hearing loss if you have worked in any of the following industries: steel fabrication and engineering, textile production, factory worker, paper and printing, food and drink manufacturing and other such industries.

Exposure to excessive noise could also cause tinnitus, symptoms of which include buzzing, whistling, ringing or humming in the ears.

If you need advice relating to one of the above conditions please call the PM Law Industrial Disease team on 0114 296 5444 or submit your details on our brief online help form and one of our legal consultants will contact you at a convenient time.
