Audio Secretary – Civil Litigation Department
Salary Range: £14,000-£16,000 per annum
PM Law Limited provides retail legal services to members of the public on a national basis and employs 180 people most of whom are based at our Sheffield office. PM Law specialises in personal injury claims, conveyance, wills, employment disputes and general consumer disputes and claims.
Currently we have a vacancy for an Audio Secretary in our Civil Litigation Department. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive secretarial and clerical service to the department, including:
- Audio typing
- Speaking to clients over the telephone and taking messages
- Diary management
- Maintenance of the department’s filing system, ensuring files are up-to-date and can be easily retrieved
- Photocopying of documents
You should have the ability to prioritise, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will have experience of audio typing in a professional environment for 12 months. Legal experience is not essential, but would be advantageous.

Our normal office hours are 35 per week 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
